During my 18 years in U.S. investment banking, I sat through roadshows for over 500 IPO-stage companies. I saw firsthand what moves investors: clear communication, strong conviction, and decisive leadership. Parallel to my finance career, I spent 17 years studying Kazuo Inamori’s management philosophy at Seiwajuku. My coaching core lies at the intersection of these two worlds: cutting-edge Western execution and timeless Eastern leadership principles.

Since earning my executive coaching certification in 2009, I have partnered with more than 70 Japanese leaders to drive meaningful transformation. I am here to help you perform at your absolute best.
